You can't do anything more than focus on awareness. This is as true for yourself as it is when helping others. Building awareness leads to presence, and presence is the portal to the higher consciousness and 4d. But it is up to each individual to reach through the veil between 3d and 4d - you can't do that for them.
You can't ever achieve awakening or enlightenment by focusing on that as a goal. The moment you do, you've conceptualized awakening - which then reintroduces the Ego. Focus on the journey and the rest will reveal itself in time.
